usually its the seedling stretching for the light mate, you need to get the light a close as possible. Also, with the light going through the propagator, the plant will also get less of it so stretch more.
Once the plants are above ground, I remove any lids or domes, and add a light breeze to the seedling too. Then it will put more energy into making a thick strong stem, rather than a tall weak one.
