They are coming along nicely Brother

Things are going very nicely. The plants are forming a nice compact structure, which tells me they are getting plenty of light lol

Three litres of water gives them plenty of food.

In this 3 ml i put 2.5 ml of and and B, and 1ml of cal mag

They seems happy.... nearly transplant time already!

Looks on point. Seem to be taking to the light well. 

AnB an Cal Mag? Why? No rhizo? Explain lol

But dont take the piss 😉 lol. we don't wanna see you veggin in 6 months lol. A normal grow 5-6 weeks is enough usually We have other grow offs to do you know Ned 😉 Youre gonna need space for the next one lol 

Well, everything is coming on really nicely!! This light really does make a difference to the way the plant grows compared to HID and other LED I have used. The structure of the plants are perfect, great internodal spacing, and will be bushy, you can already tell. This is going to be an amazing scrog lol

Anyway, transplant day. Roots are growing out of the bottom of the pot.

At this stage, I will transplant the plants into bigger pots, but not massive yet. I do one more transplant with photos, at around a week before I flip them. As these will go into a screen , they will go into bigger pots a little sooner. So i'm going to give them maybe three weeks in these, then transplant into their final  pots and start getting them into the screen.

Feeding them the same, just more water now for bigger pots. Did a big feed on these as they were freshly transplanted. 

2.5ml A n B per 3 litres

1ml Cal Mag per 3 L

Little bit of Eco thrive (about a 1g per 3 litres) in the water to get some microbes in there for the roots to live with. 

And that's about it.

Be topping them very soon i think, maybe a week. Lets see how they do

They are doing well, not bother from the transplant, growing well so i thought it would be a good time to top them. 

Feed is still the same. For every 3l of water, i use 2.5 ml and Canna A, 2.5 ml of Canna B, and 1 ml of cal mag. 

They got some rhizotonic in yesterday feed too, just a ml per 3L. They are looking lovely. I'll be introducing the buddha tree solar green next week. Maybe start training soon too

They are on the fourth mate, I did notice at the end that it wasn't mentioned lol. I dont even check any more really, they get to a certain size and im happy. Topping, then training. Just gotta leave them for a week or so to grow them shoots out..... but these jacks seem fast, so maybe a few days lol. We shall see. 

Ok. They plants are doing well, but they are getting hungry now. 

I always keep the feed low, easier to fix an under fed plant than an overfed one 😉 And they are asking for more now

The feed has changed. 

I mix nine litres of water, at 18-20c

I then add:

Canna A n B, 10ml of Each
Cal Mag, 5ml
Rhizotonic, 5ml

This brings my EC up to an even 1.0, they have previously been held at 0.8 

I will be monitoring the EC from now, to see how the plants are eating. They could maybe do with a little bit more A n B, just to get some extra nitrogen in there. 

The Grow Tent:

The two at the back are auto colorado cookies, the smaller ones on the outside, are Cinderella Jacks. The Jack Herrers are in the centre of the tent. As you can see, they look a bit hungry, but not as yellow as this lol. Under the light they look a lot lighter than they are under natural light.

Doing Lovely, no complaints at all, really coming on nicely after the topping and growing faster than expected.

She seems to be suffering more from the lack of food more than the others. She is showing sing of cal deficiency i think? I have upped the amount of calcium, and we will see if there are improvements over the next 48 hours.

Doing very nicely as well. Such a lovely strain to grow 

I think within a couple more days, training will begin, the side shoots are already growing out nicely. There will be no defoliation, only training. The plants are getting a lot of good light, and the more leaves they have, the more it can use this light. I don't do a trim until closer to flowering time if it is needed. For now, make use of what the plant has, leave it on, and train the plant. 

If there is no improvement on number 2 after 48 hours, i will look into the EC levels of run off and feed, and see what the potential problem could be

Well, I fed the girls at 1.0 Ec, and thought I would check the run off EC, and see where we stand....

Yer they are hungry lol. More a n b in tomorrow's feed, im happy with how much cal/mag they are getting. 

Ill see how they look tomorrow before i decide what they will get in the feed

This is the beauty of growing in coco, you're able to monitor the feed like this and know what your plant is lacking. A nice boost in A n B will make her much happier.

Oh and BTW, i know I said they are hungry, and they look yellowish in these pics, but they have a nice healthy shade of green, just the ISH 480 is a monster lol. Ill get light off pics for the next update 

Got some new coco today!! Went grow shop to get some canna coco, but saw that new shit, by eco thrive, coco, 30% perlite, with microbes added n shit for better root growth. 

Heard about it a while back, and knew it was coming at some point, so had to snap it up!! 

Think ill be putting the Jacks in this, but im gonna test it on my Cindys first lol

Unsure whether to stick with canna professional

yer man, ill keep you informed mate. I've had no problems at all with Canna Coco, awesome medium. But you gotta try these new things right 😉

Usually im against the use of perlite in coco. Tried it before, didn't really seems like ti was worth it and have used 100% coco for a while now. Lets see how things go

Time for an update, and things are going really well

Roots were growing out the bottom of the pots again, roots grow quick when you use rhizo. So I decided to get them in their final pots now, let them settle and get some training done. 

This mean they need more space, so they have been moved into the flowering tent. 

They won't be flowered for a while yet, but im prepping them for the screen asap! Here is a quick video of how they are coming along:

feed is 5ml per 3l for canna a n b
1.25 ml of Silicone per 3 L
And 1.25 ml Cal mag per 3 L

EC comes up to: 1.26, haven't checked the run off yet as they need a couple of days to settle in the new medium for it to be accurate. 

Ph going in at 5.8. 5L each until i got run off from the first feed. Im sure it will be less next time 😉

Ill be leaving them again, every other day for waterings, jus to encourage the roots to grow a little faster then back onto daily waterings. 

Im hoping to have the screen mounted by the next update. Eager to get it up, but it's not time yet lol. 

You can see as well, i have the pots raised, this is to make it easier to get the runoff out. Once the plants are in the screen, there is no moving them, so you have to prepare for this. Another reason why i had to move my tent today, I need access to the sides to properly train. 

Its a mission, but i know it's all gonna be worth it when that screen is full of fine jack herrer flowers mmmmm
