Where is the humidity coming from?
incoming air?
canopy?
soil?

you could increase your temperature?

It’s like unless you keep losing harvests to mold time and time again then yes I would have to get it lower and look at the protetental causes. But until then I wouldn’t be too concerned. Tbh. Maybe the plant wants it at 70%? Try and Relax I’m sure it will fine. 👊🏻

@goldseal94  thanks for taking so much time out of your day!!!! I'll try and answer everything you asked.

the plants are small right now so no problems with bud rot. I am just trying to fix it now (if it needs fixing) to stop any problems at that stage. as you will see from the pictures, the temp meter is in the former at canopy level. I have now closed all the vents so have an in, an out and an moving fan spreading air around the tent. you are right, with all the vents open there is no climate inside the tent as it's just drawing air in from the workshop area.

the temp in the workshop is around 28c and 60% humidity. it has dawned on me that I didn't have all these other vents open with the other tent so maybe that's the problem...??

I've attached some pics but please be aware that I'm on a budget and this is my first time with a scrog......go easy on me 🤣

I was also under the impression that the humidity should be around the 55% mark? is this not the case?

@mrfrog I'm not sure if you stated it already, but are you growing in soil? Using bigger pots in the bigger tent? That can really hold a lot more water. One thing you could do in you are in soil is to mulch the surface with  a CLEAN material such as hardwood chips.  That will reduce evaporation from the soil and result in less watering, too.

Hope that hekps!

Depending on several issues, you can get away with 70% RH when they are young and they will do well if everything is dialed in -- it is acutually good for them with temps around 78-80F.  A common RH for veg is around 65%. However, as you get to pre-flower, most people drop RH gradually from around 65% to 55%-60%.  In full flower with dense colas, I keep my RH around 55-52%.
