On the last feed we doubled up on nutrients, since the plants are now quite big.
There appears to be a nutrient toxicity on all of them, the leafs have suffered on every single plant. Some are burned, there are holes, its very bad.
What is the best way to flush everything out? how much water do you need per pot? We have plants in both coco and soil.

To flush out a pot use 3x the volume of the pot of ph adjusted water in each container. After the flush refeed the plants at a low rate, a out 25-35% of recommended rate, to stabilize the plants. Here’s an article on flushing to explain the process better.
On a side note, never double nutrients without checking runoff first. By checking the runoff EC you can see if the increase if feed is needed or not and only bump the feed up a little at a time to avoid plants getting nutrient burn.
