@bubblehok I was thinking they would make a good house if it was hollowed out.haha I just had a look at the prison tree, that's cool as fuck, probably wouldnt been so much fun being locked up in it back in the day tho. It's certainly a big lump of wood anyway, a girth of 14.7 meters.lol 🙂 

@stootie I wouldn’t bother with the paper towels on there seeds. Most I’ve planted did just fine straight into one or two gallon pots.

@monkeydo Nice one thanks Monkey, yea I thought they looked a bit thin and delicate compared to the old connon ball structure of a weed seed so they might be better going straight in like that. All iv really grown so far in life has been weed so I thought I better ask someone with a bit more experience in other plants too.lol 🙂 

@woodi2 lol I could hollow it out and park the dung spreader in it, it would be a bastard if it started growing again tho and you had to stand back and watch the muckmaster 5000 heading into the sky 🤣 

If you got one hollowed out it would make a good house, little rooms stacked 4 or 5 story high. It would be strong as fuck too. There's just one slight issue, the 1500 year wait is a bit too long for me. but you never know something might use it for something sometime if I get it planted.lol 🙂 

@stootie, yep it's not a perfect world, damn it! 🤣 Try some Jadam and maybe it will do the trick? I had to sandblast and redo a Muckmaster 5000 once, once! You sure can spread your shit with one, then take the kiddies for a ride. 🤣 

I was forgetting about updating this.lol  I planted them but they never came up, I dug them up 2 days ago and they were rotting. I know what went wrong, they were in the wet paper towel too long and I should have had them planted two days earlier, this was them just before I planted them and they were getting a bit smelly then

 Work delayed my plants being repotted and these fellas from being soiled in time.lol But it's not a problem because I have a lot of seeds yet and an angle grinder so I might try another one today and a Judas tree as iv still not planted any of them. 🙂

@lovetoflyfish Yea thats all you can do, get the grinder spinning again.lol I should had them planted sooner, I was going to do it one morning but thought I would do it at night instead, but at night I was chasing beef over a field with the old temper red-lining while the air turned blue 😆  and by the time I got them back to where they should be I was in no mood for planting trees 🤣

New Forest 2nd Attempt

I got the angle grinder going again yesterday and soaked 2 more boabab seeds and I also planted a Judas tree

I buffed them on the wire brush end of the bench grinder first, then the 4" angle grinder, then in a jar of boiling water. The coating pealled off lastnight after a few hours in the water but I just left them in the jar of water till this morning and then I put them in a wet paper towel

I'll see what like they are tomorrow and get them soiled asap 🤣
