Q-whats the best and most effective way to sound proof your grow space and equipment?
IV always been a stealth grower so I'm always looking for undercover grow spaces and the quietest equipment I can get my hands on understandably fans blowing and me tinkering about isn't always silent but any ideas to keeping noise down will be real appreciated and noted

how Moist should you keep the Worms bedding? do you add water or do they only get the moisture from the foods you feed them? can you rinse the bottom out and run water through the bedding to make worm teas?

@Macky ..Questions for Queen of the sun grown . (1) Your opinion what is the best companion plant for cannabis in pots or raised beds , I use Thyme & Mint , what do you use in your garden? Question (2) : In California it is legal now to compost your body if you wish to get it done, Is that something you would think of doing if your state allows it .

If it's about micro growing. I would just like to ask what would be the best light? Especially if you only had like the space like of an old school computer case or something similar, back in the day it would have been small cfls with the right lumens, what would be best to use now?
Also is that something that would be classed as micro growing or have I got this completely wrong?
