Silica (Si) Supplementation

Just bought some PowerSi last month. I heard some youtube grow show interview about silica in general. I don't remember which one.

Anyone familiar with it? I know it's expensive. I'm hoping for the best.

I went with this brand: Alchemist Stout MSA.

I am not fully up on all the variations, but from what I understand, Mono-Silicic Acid is the type that is ready for uptake by the plant immediately. 

For organic growers, this might not be a big deal because you are used to waiting for microbial bowel movements for most of your plant nutrients. Whereas, salt feeders want their nutrients mainlined right into the plant's aorta.  

It doesn't change my Res water from clear so it goes in the tank.

Like what others have said it is a game changer when using RO and hydro.

My first few hydro grows I did not use it.  When I started using armor si is when I started to get thick stems and larger yields.

Lol when I put it in the water I'm thinking this is like protein powder for me it's going to give the plant what it needs to grow strong arms.
