Cool, 4 plants in there would do lovely. You will need a 5 inch extractor and carbon filter.
I think getting LED lighting is best, but to get a good one is a bit pricey. Summer is coming too so itll be better for temps. A mars hydro TS2000 might do the job for now. Get you through a grow or two until you can afford a better one. Other wise a classic 600w HPS and MEtal Halide setup will do fine, thin the are about £120 nowdays but use up a lot of power
