Im growing inside in a growtent 5feet x 5 feet x 7 feet area 1x 600watt hps

I want to know How long How much i put them in veg en How much water must I give them
im thinking 1 week veg and give the 1plant in soil 0.25 gallon each second day
2week start flowergive them
3week give them 0.50 gallon each 2days
