The colour just fesses up my eyes so much.
Yes, I remember the pain from trying to see properly with those messed up colors. Seems like your eyes didn’t block enough of something and headaches were common if I didn’t shut off the light while in the tent or use dark sunglasses. No such problem with the newer full spectrum lights and that’s a huge plus
