is your light adjustable?

@woodi2 yes they both are I have them at the max hot right now which is 33 inches only because I'm not sure at which high in intensity would be bad for the babes or good for them this is my first legit indoor grow you know with the grow tent lights all that plus my first time growing an auto strain and I got two different strains sour 60 Auto and lowrider2 auto

Generally 14" to 18" from the canopy when plants are esablished but approx 30" when at that stage, full intensity is ok at that height too

@zn thank you i was telling my self the more intense the light the better just was sure on height..now i have the light full power both at max height for which is offered by my tent..so much stress is off me now 

You will be able to tell if it isnt close enough as the seedling will stretch towards the light. When they are short like that, it means they are pretty good where they are. Make sure you keep a nice light breeze bliwng over them so they build a strong stem and youre all good man. Off to a great start mate 

And increase patience! lol these things don't grow over night ya know. just kidding. Seedlings can be sloooowwwwwww. Just be consistent, try not to keep moving/adjusting things. Water at regular intervals, warm temps, no blowing fan on them, just let them be. You do your thing and let them do theirs. It'll work. I'm in the same boat myself. I have two seedlings at three days old but I'm suppose to have three. So I'll have to start number three again later today, just making sure that the existing number three isn't just slow and as soon as I start a replacement it will make a Grand Appearance. oh well it'll be ok.    Good luck    😉   peace

Air blowing over them not on them too much, you'll dry them out too quick.
