Hi new 2 the group from the UK recently purchased my 1st second hand grow box inside size 40cm x 40cm x 100cm height and it came with a 60 watt led light. Can someone please let me know if this would be suitable as you'll see below there is not much blue leds mostly red does this seem right?
@cannabisukscot Welcome to Percys mate. I dont think that light will be good enough for growing a plant. You will need something a little stronger.

I would say you can grow a plant in that box for sure.
You could even do one with that light but you should expect that Quantity and Quality are low.
I would recommend to use that box with some LSF Lights for veg and
get a 60x60x150cm tent and put a Mars Hydro TS1000 in it for flower and you can get easily 100g and more.
Plants are like children - always surprising you.

I’d agree with James’ advice
Possible to do a micro grow in 1m but more height (and space ) would be desirable for ease ..
that light is just a little dated technology now and there are much better options around.. it will grow a plant but your buds won’t be nearly as good as they could be basically
Mars do excellent value for money lights.. as recommended above
I use migro now which are also excellent but a bit pricier
