Here's the recipe the I'm getting ready to try. It our best recommendation for any living soil recipe and is time tested. I think you should be able to make it work with what you have access to. Good luck, get a large plastic barrel, you'll see why. Then we can compare our first living soil grows. Just don't get in a hurry, cuz the won't work. Good luck man, let's see what how it goes. 👍

@ausgromie Hi,I'm a new grower also  & ,I've been using Coast of Maine ( stonington blend )  and wow.I luv it   ! there's no worries about too much nutrients or too little not to mention its all natural ,so the taste n smell is much better . I'm on my 4th grow 2nd w/ this super soil .I just planted 3 tangerine dream,3 bubble gum,&  3 criticle purple  all auto's .  

@ausgromie super soil is an awesome option my fellow Aussie. I've found the best way to find super soil in your area is view Facebook market place or I'm lucky enough to have a community garden/market garden in the next town over. If you struggle to find a supplier then compost and MYO soil mix. I swear by vermicompost and just compost in general. 

@Macky is always going on about work farms and making your own compost and initially agree. Start making your own compost if you're not already with as little as a 4ltr container.
