What Full Spectrum Light To Get??

@stootie Right on man. Good tools last. I don't know about the life expectancy of Migro array's but I'm sure it's a long time, years. And the versatility of being able to add on, is supper cool. But the thing that I think is the best is you able to talk to the supplier for recommendations, try doing that with your Chinese blupurl. Good choice!  

@woodi2 It said it has a lifetime of 8.5 years, the way things are going right now theres a good chance the light will outlast the world.lol I dont plan on going into mass production so the light im getting should cover my room perfect, any more add ons and I will need a bigger room.haha Thats very true about talking to the supplier, Iv spoken to the chinese before on amazon when I tried to return a jacket that didnt fit me, I just gave up in the end and kept the jacket

I just looked at the Migro and I really like it.  Price is not that bad either. I would be getting the Array 2 as my tent is 2x2.  I think anything more may be overkill.  Do I need to the the Red+pro or just the red?  What size HPS does the array 2 comparable to?  

Does anyone have a coupon code for Migro? Lol.

@woolieback I spoke to Migro a couple of days ago, I gave them my grow room size and he said the Aray 4 +Red would fit perfect but If money was a problem I could start with the Aray 2 and add to it later. Im goin to buy the Aray 4 soon as my card statement comes. Its a bit more than I want to be spending right now but It will likely be cheaper and better in the long run spending a wee bit more and getting the right tool for the job.  

Absolutely mate, the right tools will save a little headache down the road which is always nice when racing against a clock.

after spending the last month or so looking at replacing my blurple, I think I am going to spring and get the Migro Aray 2.  It just seems to check all the boxes.  I also liked the new Viparspectra XS1500, but for the extra 50 or so dollars the Migro just seems worth it.  Is spending the extra money for the “Pro” model worth it?  It looks to slightly increase the yields but yield is not important for me.  I’m no pro as I’m just trying to grow the best medicine for me as I can.

@zn I am going with the Migro.  I’ve read enough and I’m convinced.  Does the “Pro” version add that much more to an already awesome light? 

@growdad looking at them myself pal , the pro comes with osram deep reds extra I think and believe shane  upgraded the Samsung leds on the newer ones again so , top of the range please buy one so i can watch 🤣

Good plan, awesome lights and I think the Pro has 50% more leds but dont quote me 😉

I feel your pain bud.

I've spent the last 6 months doing nothing but research for my first grow (nearly there by the way)

Mars hydro, spider farmer etc etc etc, If I've learned one thing, its stay away from the chineese stuff. They just blitz the market with free lights and adverts, it wont last 12 months, oh and good luck getting things resolved under warranty (from my research so I've heard) this is the whole reason I finally opted for the HLG 650R (arrived today) note to self, make sure the dimmer is off before you plug it in.....🙄

Personally I like to over spec on most things (kinda future proof my investments) saves you in the long run......

Oh, and SF & MH are the same thing.....😉

Righ, now for the tent.....🤔
