Basically roll your first one of the day , in my case its consumed in the throne room ,or whenever needed, make your j and stash a bit of stalk , about second puff , Now I can't stress enough, seriously get into the correct environment , light her up , try to forget its in there ,you will cough so hard you will never be backed up again ! don't thank me , I heard it listening to a stoner ,,

Amazing amounts of information flowing now regarding the uses and benefits of cannabis. I found particularly interesting a recent podcast with Dr Judy Mikovits. I won't post the link, but a Google search of 'The Real Threat of Covid -19 and How Cannabis Can Help' should find it.
The volume of information flowing is now quickly being matched by big business efforts seeking to corner the legal market, as alluded to by @TempleGrower in Sunday's podcast.
