I vote yes as it happens at the company Christmas party, there's Christmas music, the one dude have some snow (blow) and the driver states at the end of the movie, "if this is how you celebrate Christmas, I wanna be there for New Years."

It's a comedy more than an action flick after all these years but it is one I watch every Xmas, same with Home Alone

I vote no. When I first saw the movie, the Christmas references were there but I’ve only ever considered it an action movie. First time someone called it a Christmas movie I had to consider it because it wasn’t obvious to me. Brain is wired differently maybe.

I would like to consider Die Hard a Christmas movie, but it isn't a movie ABOUT CHRISTMAS. So I don't consider it a "Christmas movie" myself.
That being said I make a point of watching it around Christmas. 😛
