Dutch Passion has Frisian Duck, which is better suited for a stealthy backyard kind of grow (it is on my list to try one day), because its leaves has mutations that make it less recognizable and the it smells less until the final two weeks. However, it is not an autoflowering strain so harvest would be much later.

Greetings @absolutebeginner , welcome to Percys! Cannabis needs a minimum 5-7 hours of direct sunlight depending on cultivar. It will grow with less hours but quality and quantity will suffer. 🤠

Having given it some thought, I think the smell, lack of consistent direct sunlight and the chance of upstairs neighbours spying the plant, growing outdoors might not be a good idea.

Awesome, love the positivity of this place! Am really looking for a step by step idiot's guide, but having read through info on this forum and looked at several Youtube videos, my understanding is I would need:
- A 60x60 grow tent with appropriate inline extractor, carbon filter, LED light and desktop fan
- 2 litre fabric pot for one plant
- Seeds: ideally a decent autoflower feminsed indica strain that grows fast and can produce decent yields, not needing the light cycle to be altered to flower?
Totally clueless about germinating seeds (paper towel or put in plastic cup of water or just straight into soil in pot?), best type of soil, nutes, when to water, anything involving pH and hygrometers, the amount of light needed or how to alter light in general during the grow, when to harvest and how to dry and cure. Seems to be so much complex information out there.
Any help to get started would be greatly appreciated.
