Hi all,
I'm a grey-haired grower in the UK and I've always lived by the 'don't talk about it' approach to growing weed so I'm very jealous of you lot in Canada and some of the US! I've been listening to your podcast for a while now and like how you balance delivering good information with being completely wasted 
I'm not a forum person but I'm laid up in bed with a popped disc and am getting more bored by the day, so here I am. I've got a few mothers, a couple of autos and a Bruce Banner SCROG at week 8 of flower and I can't get to any of them, so my wife is quickly learning how not to kill cannabis plants. Hopefully
Keep up the good work - I'm looking forward to digging around the grow diaries and stuff on here.

I have a bulged disc, not ruptured, but I sure know pain. You may want to look in the medical section for salve. It won't touch your disc pain but it sure helps with all the other pain that comes from overcompensating for the disc. The rest of my back gets pretty sore just getting comfortable. Cannabis salve can take some of that pain away.
It eliminates my arthritic hand pain. I was a carpenter for years swinging a hammer. When it flares up I use the salve. The pain disappears. It may not help my bulged disc but at least some of the other pain is gone. 😁 I don't like hurting everywhere else too.
Having said that my friend's back pain is reduced much better than mine. His wife's diabetic foot pain level was lowered too. She almost cried when she told me.
