Hi guys so I started growing with my dad recently and almost know nothing about growing. I was wondering why my plants are turning yellow I’ve been consistently watering them lately but I did stress them out quite a bit at the start so I’m assuming that’s reason. They won’t go back to being green and it seems they have been getting worse any ideas why? also we have a pretty cheap set up as well. You guys are awesome btw
Hi & welcome to Percys
Leaves turn yellow for a few reasons, Ph lockout, lack of Nitrogen, lack of light being the main ones...are you overwatering ?? cannabis likes a wet to almost dry soil, how often are you watering, what are you growing in & what are you feeding them ?
sounds like over watering to me.... what pots are you using etc. explain your set up more and people can say how to improve conditions

we use miracle grow and give them about 2-3 litres of water depending on the of the dampnesses soil. Most of the time it’s everyday but if it’s damp Ill wait extra one - There pretty large pots I don’t know what kind they are but both of us are thinking light nitrogen, thanks.
First off, you have done a great job on this so far! Miracle grow is really bad for growing cannabis, plants don't usually look this happy this far through thier lives if they are fed that!
It looks more over fed than anything else, which is causing lock out of other nutrients. Pot looks a little small too.
I would be tempted to transplant it into a new pot of soil.... it is usually not advised this late into flowering but i think it would make the plant much happier.
Get some nice soil, just a standard bag from a garden centre, fill a 20L pot with it.
Use a pot the same size as the pot your plant is growing in now to make a hole in the soil. That will make sure the hole is the perfect size for the root ball of the plant.
Remove the pot from the plants root ball and plant it into the hole. then add soil over the top to make sure the root zone is fully conver in new soil.
The water them.... with just water, no more miracle grow
This would give the plant fresh nutrients from the soil, and it should be enough to finish the grow. It will also give the roots a bit more room. The roots won't grow much at this stage but the will be less restricted which will help with water intake and food too.
I think doing this would have them looking better in a week or so..... hope this helps. But again, good job so far!
Obviously mackys got you covered.
just a side note for future plants use little nitrogen in flower to much will lead to the plants yellowing and burning and sparse flowers. Good luck
