 This is New and Improved Franky #2 for me, and this is what happen when you add Physan and don't turn off the air (you never turn off the air) and you walk out of the room for JUST a few minutes. Well you just gotta laugh, learn and start cleaning up. BTW Hydroponics' is Latin for, water fucking everywhere. Good luck! Let's see it.   

@woodi2 Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. And YES, I’m amazed at the growth in RDWC. It actually caught me off guard during the stretch. My creation doesn’t look nearly as badass as yours. Here’s some pics. I look forward to doing my 4th grow with all of you.

@jasshan, Hey man looks great! Looks are one thing but performance is all that matters. You've got some big ones goin, that shows that the system is working. Have you tried to scrog? I've had big ones go ape shit on me and I should have scrog them. I'm playing with different amounts of air. Low at seedlings, increase around week 4 if their having explosive growth, and poss increasing again if they start to become monsters. Just wanted to play with it this time. Tried last time and saw improvement, unintentionally. Had waterfalls on my last system, I should revisit that. Well keep the conversation going if you'd like. Always love details: live-sterile, lights, pumps, heating/cooling, you know all that cool stuff. Give a holla, and make it happen Captain.  These got a little unruly. and her 2 twins. 59"- 150cm from the lid. opps

  @woodi2 Thanks. It does seem to work well. The entire system holds 10 gallons to the bottom of the net pots. That was unintentional but makes mixing nutes easy. Prolly could have just used 2 buckets but I wanted a way to check EC and Ph, do reservoir change-outs, and make adjustments easily. Also, I think the bigger the system is, the more stable ur nutrient solution is. TBH the fact I’m going to be able to harvest anything surprises the hell out of me. First thing I wouldn’t have put 2 different strains on the same system. Was expecting to burn them up, get root rot, or something. I did no training or pruning until it was too late. Tried lollipopping (another first) the Jack on the right bout 3 weeks into flip. And defoliated both ~4-5 weeks to open up the buds. I tried scrog on my soil grow. Pretty sure I didn’t do that right. Here’s some pics. They are 2 weeks behind the hydro. I’m using Cultured Solutions Nutrients, Hydroguard, Cal-mag, and Armor-Si. Bestva DC 2000w. Going to use 2 quantum boards for the next grow. That will be Sour Diesel Autos and also my first grow diary. Next soil grow will be Gelato and Hawaiian Skunk. Pertaining to the air. I started with an old fish tank pump. They grew. I upgraded it to one that will do 6 sites. Idk liters/min etc but it’s big. They freaking exploded. Well I’m sure I’ll ttyl and I already feel more confident for grow #4.

 

 

@jasshan  Wow looks great. Very health. The buckets work great, my last one was a 4 buc. We on the same page with nutz. I've always liked GH 3, I can adjust it bit better than just a two part. But with that beings said I'm using CC veg for germination and seedlings, lol, I like it CC because I can get the smaller EC for the young ones. Then when the roots hit the water I go with GH3, armor-si, cal/mag, rapid start, floralicious, hydroguard. I tried a Sterile grow before this one, that's was like pushing a mule up a ladder. I finally got it straightened out and working, then a heater that I was trying for the first time decided to turn itself inside out in the system. Dead overnight. So I did achieve a sterile grow, but I pretty sure I'll stay live. I've got 3 little baby Glue Berry auto's from DP, that I hoping will become my next monsters. First time I'll top and scroging auto's. No more heaters. I put a submersible pump in the rez, it just sits in there and runs, and produces heat slowly. Hooked it to a Inkbird temp. The Quantum's are super cool and priceyyy. But their hot, I've got electric sky 300 x2. I can fry some shit with these. Check out the light meter thread, and down load the app if you haven't. In closing I agree, the first time I took mine for a test drive, I expected a terrible crash too. But got lucky. I haven't done soil or coco, sounds like a summer project.
