Been running Advanced Nutrients for a while now. A great start is cal,mag, Sensi Coco (you need both grow and bloom, 2 bottles each), and Big Bud. I also add Overdrive to the list and substitute it for the Big Bud the last 2 weeks before flush. You can add more but that’s really all that’s required for great buds. For the Rhizo side I use Fox Farms Kangaroots for the first 3 weeks of life and immediately after a repotting. It’s real inexpensive and works well for me even if it does really smell like like crap. One half pint of this last me a couple years usually. Start at no more than 1/4 strength recommended on the bottles and adjust as the output EC dictates, it’s very strong stuff and a little goes a long way.

@coot-juice I'm on my first run with advanced nutrients now and the difference between all the other lines I've used is second to none I have a diary running for it now all I used was the pH perfect connoisseur a+b bloom through the hole thing these are from this morning not a single deficiency or pH issue Ive not used any other form of nutrients except cal mag from another nutrient line and we'll a picture paints a thousand words 

 Things to note so you can adjust for your setup

Autos

Type of grow: recirculating reservoir

Medium clay: pebbles

Water frequency: 5x a day via drip lines

Light cycle: 18hours 

Res change once a week 

@mr_bud man, as someone who deals with plants for a living I find that set up absolutely fascinating. 
 I’m still going down an advanced nutrients rabbit hole, maybe I do need a silicone supplement after all?!? Ha ha.

Are you adding cal mag weekly?

You recommend adding cal mag even with coco that is buffered with calmsg like Canna coco professional plus? @Mr_Bud and then stopping once the Sensi is supplying it?

@posterboy you always want to be supplementing calmag with coco, coco will leech nutrients to fill its own cation exchange sites and without calmag supplementation you will find deficiency crop up. I'm sure there are lines of nutrient out there that have enough calmag in them to keep you plodding along but any pre buffered coco is referring to the coco being washed and buffered ready for you to use without doing that process yourself. You will still need to add it through the grow to keep the levels stable and prevent any issues. I use calmag with every feed from day one in my coco grows and will be adjusting how much they need through the course of a grow depending on their needs, higher intensity led and even strain can vary the amount needed to keep the plants happy in coco.
