Benefits of RO water vs Tap Water

@posterboy It really depends on what your water is like mate, where in the world are you?

Tap water has some other micro ingredients in that can be good for plants too. But if its really heavy with shit, then RO is a good option. I use tap water, my BG EC is on 0.16 or something, really low. What is your background EC? 

I'm in Ireland,  I guess I need to add an EC meter to my shopping list!

My water is 1.3 EC out of the fawcett. 620 ppm. That is ugly. I have to use RO.

620ppm darn sounds like you’d be Ill just drinking it 🤢

I never do. I've had a RO filter forever.

I take a shower in it, that's it. I don't even give tap water to the cat.

I'm sure the wealthier part of town which is, ironically, called Richwoods, has decent water. I live in an older, poorer part of town.

We don't count.
