After watching GreenGene's videos on Nutrients, I was inspired to give HydroBuddy a try. It's not always easy to do apples to apples because of the information some manufacturers withhold or have many changes in EC as the grow progresses. My examples are clearly listed as to how many grams a gallon, but you may have to extrapolate a little to fit your situation. Of course, do not trust my numbers for your grow. I am very new to the program and could have easily dropped in a wrong number.

Having said all that, it is fun to compare what one company considers their ideal feed and what others say theirs is best.

Plus, with HB you can custom tweak additions such as M-K-P or more Cal/Nit, etc.

As I was creating these charts, I realized I don't really know what the plants "tend" to want per element.

The only thing I found that has minimum and maximum ranges for the 17 different nutrients is this from Zombie Gardens:

Does anyone know a better source that breaks down by element by growing phase (veg, flower, etc)?

I understand each plant is different, but I'm just looking for a benchmark to compare these nutrient companies to each other.

Update on my Nutrient Comparisons:

FloraFlex answered my email asking about their Micros.

I wanted to know why weren't the micros in the Guaranteed Analysis chart? I have them now.

They seem to be the only company that admits they have Sodium (Na) in their nutrients.
