Right fellow growers finally got round to a grow diary. my autos are coming along nicely. they are 2 weeks old now and i want to low stress train them but unsure if i should wait for another node? (any help or suggestions welcome) also in regards to nutrients I'm currently giving a reduced dosage and always making sure to get 10% run off and watering with nutes everyday to keep coir moist as suggested this is what my current nutes i give them looks like!
I'm using 7 litres of water each time and giving any extra left to my other house plants
canna a&b 7ml of each every day
rhizo 3.5ml twice a week
calmag 3.5ml every day
PH is always 6.0. temp is a steady 75f/78f and humidity is 60/65% always! when should i start upping the dosage of nutrients and to what ml per litre? obviously they are growing and will be needing more.

What you do here Zalaman is monitor the EC of the runoff coming out the bottom of the pots after watering. If it is coming out the bottom and the ec is lower than the feed is before going in, then you need to increase the nuits. If the EC is coming out higher than the feed going in, you need to decrease the nuits 
You just gotta monitor the EC going in and coming out and the plant will tell you if it needs more or less food
