Thanks all, yes it’s the hardest part. I have lots of dogs over the years and I have accepted it comes with the territory. Just glad he passed peacefully.

Sooo, today this goofball moved in! I adopted him and got to bring him home today. He’s a 5 year old Great Dane and he is absolutely a complete love bug. He’s already right at home as you can see! I’m just over the moon with this rascal.
