Making up stories while shoping for grow

@bandit Yea used to feel that , buying red spec cfls by the dozen 🤣 Geography is a huge factor its illegal in the uk but I have the choice of 3 hydroshops in a 30 mile radius , My regular even takes phone orders leaves said items under a box out the back , cash in a brown envelope through the letterbox , that was covid precations , as for substraight ,rose garden,bonzai,succulents, cacti , are good ones explains the high end goods , also bombarding them with knowledge of another species to the point they wish they didnt ask 🤣 keep eye contact at all times 😵 😵 You will soon get the "Do you want my money or not vibe " 😉 

@woolieback great you named some plants here as i was wondering what plants to come up with. I blurted out 'growing vegetables ' didn't end up with the right soil. 

@bandit way way back we used to buy 3 bags of rose compost cant remember wich john innes but 3 bags ,jcb bucket and my buddy like a prize winning chef guarding all these powders the git lol muggins mixing it all in a cemnt mixer 🤣 

Haha i was the same with coco recently  said i was taking a million cactus cuttings 🤣👍 

@schroomy i use my old coco perlite for them , stuff i cant get clean cacti love it , and i feed daily with run off , got a 4 ft cacti up the wifes all so called waste 

I just get stuff delivered, delivery people don't ask questions 😎 

Going to a shop I usually know what I'm going to buy and if asked anything, I just play dumb and say I was sent out shopping by my sister LOL

@jsh1973 yes shopping online made life easier although my PostOffice commented on keeping box right way as it sounds like liquids  haha out comes another story. I live in a small country town where everyone knows you so guess I am paranoid especially when my tent was delivered with 'indoor tent' in big letters all over box errrrrr mail order doesn't always run smoothly lol 

@bandit nothing worse is there , had a tent delivered next door , few weeks after i set fire to the hedge 🤣 

@woolieback I know it's not really funny but you got me amused  haha I always stress about my stuff going to wrong place actually as now and then I get another's mail
