Hello! I've been growing a few years and have been doing mainly dwc hydroponics. I have tried standard potting mixes in the past with mixed results. I really enjoy the dwc quality and for me the no guesswork, ease of use. I'm now wanting to move over into organic growing, I have made a super soil recipe that has cooked and i have a few auto varieties planted. I am currently using Dutch white clover as a cover crop in my pots and it's growing well. My question is basically, what cover crops do you guys use? What do you recommend and why? I love growing and love learning, I would like to take this hobby to max potential, quality and above all taste! Thank you in advance.
Welcome to Percys mate, good to have you. Other than onion and garlic to deter pest, and I think aloe vera?.... clover is the most common used cover crop to help fix nitrogen. We have a couple of organic growers here though, maybe they can help more

Hey dub! Excited for you to go down the organic road!
Some good cover crops are, buckwheat, barley, clover, fenugreek, crimson lentils and alfalfa. Alfalfa being an interesting one because it is a quality amemandt for soil.
I have seen people experiment, like mustard seed.
Happy growing ! ✌?
