Awesome micro grows chaps 👌

@emkcus she is in a corner of an auto tent that has a spider farmer SF2000 light. I always just rig up a way to incorporate the little ones among the regular grow. I just like the challenge and the overall look is cool too, a bonus of up to an ounce of killer strong smoke is a big bonus tho.

Progress on the current micro.

The beer can is a bit more difficult than the mug but much easier than the tiny bottle. I think we are about half way through this grow. Decided not to lollipop and let her use the lowers for nutrient storage. Gotta try something new every time. She is on a drip feed and is always mostly happy but stressed out with no root zone. The EC is only 0.6 but she still wants to claw her fan leaves lol. Mean one this girl!

So the last Beer Can grow (my only beer can grow so far) is chopped and hanging now.

Violet Kush auto In coco, topped once and grown for 99 days from germination. Drying and curing will now commence.

And I wanted to see what happens if I only tend to a mug by hand watering a few times a day.

she’s pretty but definitely only a fraction of the drip fed mugs of the past. These super micros really like that drip feed in coco!

These are my current micro grows. They are intended for seed making if the reversed pollen making experiment is successful. Flowering is just starting so it’ll be interesting to see how much stretch they end up with. These are just being hand watered 2-3 times a day but they would surely benefit from more frequent fertigation. After bloom starts maybe a drip system could be cobbled together.

Nice man, one day i want to make some seeds, but i dont have enough tents lol. Small plants like these make it easier for sure

It’s been about 6 weeks since I’ve posted the micros

This is the current mug grow and it’s probably my worst effort to date. It’s a Seedsman “The White OG” photo period plant that had stretched too much and I topped her at the beginning of stretch so she got stunted. Reasonably frosty so it should yield about a quarter for a taste.

This is Northern Lights photo period by Victory Seeds. She is almost 7 weeks in flower today. This micro has done the best of the lot and is on track for a one ounce yield 🤞. I love me some Northern Lights in the evening after all the work is done.

And this lady is a Percy’s UUDDLLRR. She is also 7 weeks in flower today. This is the tallest of the micros as this strain seems to like to stretch. She had a small magnesium issue during early flower so she has a few freckles to show for it. I really like this smoke for late night as it has a nice relaxed and sleepy feel to it when properly cured.

I’m was considering dedicating a whole tent to micro growing but after the last SOG run I think this will wait a few months and I’ll look at it again later. These micros need daily care, some need multiple times a day care so it limits our ability to travel if the garden needs tending. Spring isn’t that far away so maybe just stick with stuff I can auto water for a while. Already have all the strains picked out for the next cycle 🎉.
