Just wanted to share a recent protest I carried out here in Ireland where I invited members of Cork city's public to plant a cannabis seed. After an hour of doing this, myself and a small group of supporters marched to the Bridewell garda station. When there I respectfully handed myself in for the illegal cultivation of Cannabis.
I did this to highlight the time wasted by our gardai when they enforce Cannabis prohibition and for the need to allow Cannabis be grown in Ireland. A second spent by a member of our gardai dealing with the prohibition of Cannabis is a second not spent on crimes with real victims such as rape, theft, assault, murder and more. We cannot afford to waste such a valuable resource on such a petty act.
Excellent mate!! Both sides played very fairly, courteous respectful, but a good point was put across. Inspirational man, keep up the good work mate, if we can get more people doing things like this maybe we can get cannabis legalised sooner.
