I like the Vault - very easy and quick experience even ordering all the way from Canada. Seeds showed up stealthily packed and all in tact + the legendary freebies. Easily the best value per seed that I have found, and I have looked around A LOT, lol. Even including shipping it usually ends up being cheaper. George et al are great.
Seedsman seems good too, though I've only ever gotten seeds for a grow off (the Jack Herers) so I haven't actually purchased anything from them. The Jacks came no prob tho.
I will also say, being in Canada and not liking dealing with customs as much as I do not, the Vancouver Seed Bank is an excellent domestic option. She might have limited stock on the site but can order in almost anything if you send her an email. She has the full Jordan of the Islands catalogue too, which has some legendary cuts...
I like the Vault. but most of my seeds came from GYO seedbank which is now part of Homegrown cannabis company. Never an Issue with a order or delivery always comes stealthy.

Until I joined here and started using/recommending The Vault, I bought only from Seedsman seed bank with very good success. In the U.S. they now have a much faster delivery time and no need for stealth packages. Orders were filled from a California fulfillment source and came in original packaging in a plain U.S mail package. With strategic ordering I always ended up with more seeds for free than I purchased.
