Does anyone use this tent?

That is the tent I use for flower. I use the vivosun 4" fan and carbon filter  for exhaust, I small osculating desk fan on the floor and a small clip fan above the canopy

I don't use that one myself but i have done a bit of lookin round when gathering in my own stuff and for there price range there supposedly ver good quality tent i watch a guy on you tube who uses a lot of vivosun and thinks there brand is great quality 

Not that size specifically but, I have their 2x4x5 model and it's phenomenal. Excellent bang for the buck, and I would imagine that 5x5 is no different. As for fan size, I use the same Vivosun 4"fan/C-filter combo as twisted in my 4x4 tent. I get a bit of negative pressure when the door is closed so, definitely enough CFM to clear it effectively.

As for winter, depends where your tent is. Outside/in a non-insulated structure, nothing will help (in Canada at least). The tents aren't insulated, and while they do retain some heat and are usually hotter than the ambient room temp, you'll be pulling in that cold-ass ambient air so, even with the lights on at full blast, it'll still be chilly AF. I have my tent in my basement, and now that it's been down to -15, -20 these past few days and nights, my basement's ambient temps are down to about 15-16 degrees Celsius. I run a 600W HPS (no cool tube/removed the glass from the hood) and 2x no name LEDs in my 4x4 and I still have trouble keeping my temps around that nice 23-24 degree mark. I have a heater plugged into a temperature controller too for when the lights go off.

Looks good man, 5 ft by 5ft, happy days mate, youll be all good in there. Need more lighting the a 600w to get to the edges though. maybe 2 x 400w would be better?

thank you guys so much for the responses - looks like ill be getting that one sometime in the next week. I definitely won't be having it outside lol I will be having it in my living room but I want to keep a consistent growing environment because the heating in my apartment will turn off and on depending on outside temps

As for the lighting, that's a great recommendation Macky, cheers, I'll look into 2x 400w as well

Cheers mang. Yeah, 1 600w wouldn't be quite enough.. I run the 2 x LEDs beside mine to make up for those edges but ideally, just have a bigger light lol. The HIDs are nice for those of us that can use the extra heat tho.
