Next attempt at a scrog

Here's an update just put the girls into flower Monday, anything that I should be doing.

Keep feeding the growth tips through the empty spaces in the scrog during the initial week or so of stretch so they fill out the scrog as best possible then leave em to bud up 😎

sometimes people use a second higher level scrog to help support heavy colas and keep canopy top super level but not necessary with shorter plants

@pirate33 👍 you can keep the weaving going for another week if you like (fill most squares) or until you feel it’s stopping stretching and starting to focus on flower production 
this is usually around 15-25 days into flower, typically 20 ish 

after 2 weeks in flower you can remove any ‘suckers’ (growth below the scrog) known as lollipopping to enhance colas at canopy level and grow less popcorn 🍿

When I read this I have to speak up so a new grower won’t make a mistake and I know Chillbert just mis-spoke but you don’t “weave” the plant in a scrog, all you are doing is pushing the bud back down below the net to the next available square. It will be stimulated by the light to pop back up in the new square and you just push it to the next square then. Just keep pushing down until you see buds then let them be. If you weave the plant back and forth through the net the harvest is going to take much longer and the scrogging becomes so much more difficult. No need to weave here

On seeing this I just realised what I said (or typed!!)

and used the wrong verb completely !

weaving is for weaver birds and people  who weave things like fibres to make baskets or clothes or are just fond of weaving!! What a numpty I am !!! 

it is possible to weave with cannabis too but that’s not the idea here !!!

Hi, here's some pics of my girls, week 3 of flower tomorrow, took out all of the leaves from under the net.

Will be changing ferts over to Canna Bio Flores.

Light approx 20 inches above plants.

Anything else that I should be doing?
