So will be moving to the new gaff in the coming year with a garden and plan to build the ultimate grow shed / man cave. Concrete base with used pallets to frame the shed / insulation and electrics and most importantly secure. It's going to be a fully functioning grow room with environmental control. Took me ages to build mine, wish I built a bigger one now. (8x6). Make sure you give yourself enough hight, my tent barley fits.
I'd recommend renting a mixer for your base, I did mine by hand and it was brutal.
There loads of cons to growing in a shed but Ive found a few pros.
1 is that you have fresh air all around you.
2 is that you have cold temps if you want them, which has given me lots of colour.
3 is its out your house so no worries when people come round
But that said, there's more cons in the winter for sure, humidity being the biggest.
