@monkeydo, Roger that, so then one last thought and that is if I add the the brown sugar for storage and it doubles the size/volume then would that affect the dosing? Or does the microbe count increase as it populates?
I going with the 1-1000 ratio, 1ml per liter. Then I'll investigate Chris's info and see if this is suitable for soil application at all stages of growth or what. I have tomato plants I can experiment on.
Thanks for all your time and info Monkeydo.
So I've watched Chris's video's now and things are a lot clearer. The Lac-Bac is ready and the FPJ should be ready anytime.
Now I'm needed to find out when I can use these mixtures. I currently almost two weeks into flower and have little afro's atm, so not sure which one I should use? Can the two be combine in the same watering?
Here the Lac-Bac it looks good.
Here's the FPJ, Fermented Plant Juice.
Thanks for looking.
Can the two be combine in the same watering?
This is one of the questions I had ready for Chris Trump. I’m not sure if/when they can we work together but it’s still on my ask list for when we schedule another chat.
“What if any microbe treatments may be combined and which ones should not be combined and what would be the effects of a combination?”

@monkeydo, I just read last night, a statement that said lactic acid bacteria is most effective when used with Jadam, and I'm just trying to back-up that statement. I'll try and locate it again and check it's source.
Then another mixing question is how do I prep this mixture the LAB or the FPJ. As you have mentioned before, does it need to sit after mixing with water or is it readily available for immediate use?
Then another question is frequency, how often can I apply the LAB or the FPJ. The Jadam I'm told you can use every watering, but I've been applying once a week, then molasses on the next watering. All this is going into TG super soil, so I'm hoping the whole thing doesn't blow-up on me somehow, literally. lol I do find it hard to get good info on dosing, so this is where I'm at now. Thanks Monkeydo man. 👍
I do find it hard to get good info on dosing,
Check Bare Mountain Farms on YouTube, I watched a lot of Jadam videos and settled on this guy because he gives mixing, dosing amounts with explanations. He makes all the Jadam recipes and easy to follow. 😎
We just smiled n waved sittn there on that sack o seeds
I just read last night, a statement that said lactic acid bacteria is most effective when used with Jadam,
which jadam?

from 1:500 up to 1:100 depending what your trying to do / what stage
doesnt need to sit once diluted.. ready to go
Then another question is frequency, how often can I apply the LAB or the FPJ.
remember less is more and the idea with living soil is its all in the biology.. in your soil
the lab is to inoculate.. use when young in veg and the again preflower.. your good
FPJ u shouldnt need much if any as your soil is loaded,, use it in case your plants look hungry at end of veg/ give a boost before flower/ if u need it
you cant really overdo it though so dont worry if u get trigger happy every now and then 😉
happy gardening bro
Time to pop some more beans 😗
@chillbert, Many thanks man!! 😉
Fermented Plant Juice for flowering stage,
I defoliated one of my plants that was in flower and I saved all the growth tips and bud sites to use for FPJ.
I added an equal amount by weight of brown sugar and mix thoroughly.
I ended up shredding the leaves and tips while mixing with the brown sugar. Doing this mixed and incorporated the sugar very well. It also helped to draw out the moisture. When I tried this a few weeks ago I used fan leaves and there wasn't very much moisture from them. This time using the growth tips and younger leaves I got more moisture and then shredding it seemed to also help.
I placed the mixture in a jar and slightly compressed it. Then I placed a brown sugar cap on top and gave it a steel trowel finish.
I put the date on it, write in Merican, and a paper towel lid. I take one of the jars rings for the lid and 1/4 sheet of paper towel and screw the ring round the paper towel and it's done. Pic won't fit, oops.
It is placed in a dark cupboard for 5-10 days, probably 10. Then drain and reserve the liquid. It is crucial that the FPJ be keep in the dark during fermentation and storage to keep harmful bacteria out. Shelf life is 30 at room temp, 1 year in the frig. You can add more brown sugar to the mix to extend the shelf life but I can't find an amount.
Dosage is 1-1000 ratio, so 1ml to 1L of water. This will be used for the flowering stage of future grows. I'll harvest some young plant and do the same with them some time.
I'll be back when it's finished and should be able to use it on my current grow. 🖐️
