Question Perlite raising ph ?
So does perlite raise ph of soil?
After doin my first run on my autopot I read that I should Increase aeration by around 50%. Any way I made a mistake of not rinsing the perlite first And now I have a sad looking seedling , after taking soil ph it's up around or over 7ph.
I'm using biobizz all mix that consistently comes in at 6.5ph.
I am currently just flushing every water with 6.5 to 6ph water.
So just curious as to other people's experiences, and any tips would be welcome
Nope, perlite is completely inert. It won't affect your pH at all. If it does, it's not perlite! 😎
