crab meal
Rock Phosphate
Bat Guano
Neem Seed
Oyster Shell
Bokashi
Garden Magic Compost & Manure
Fish Bone Meal
Epsom Salt
Blue Planet Root Magic Mycorrizhae
Earth Worm Castings
Also would I be able to follow TempleGrower’s super soil recipe or Subcool’s Super Soil mix but just alter it to focus on Veg instead of flower? Any help is appreciated
There some really good soil mixs out there I use cheap soil, perlite and some basic dry nutes from my local garden center.
My results are good but I go for really budget stuff, let me know if your interested
Just want to get the best results on the lowest budget
Here's one of my plants about 2 weeks in flower (12/12), with a little sharp sand on top to stop the gnats
@jacks_farm your plant looks good man, what’s your recipe? I forgot to add I have Perlite as well, I just incorporated that into my last batch with some EWC just as a test run. My compost just came in today, I’m going to add that and Bokashi and then let it sit until my next transplant
Day 20 in veg and the plants in the 1ltr pots are a little rootbound and need to be potted up.
So the soil mix in a 5ltr pot
1.5ltr soil gro-sure compost
640ml gro-sure seedling and cutting (my beakers is 320ml)
640ml perlite
Topped up with verve multi compost
1 tsp of Epson salt
1/2 tsp top of lime
2 tsp of chicken
2 tsp Seaweed
1 tsp of blond fish and bone
Mixed in well
21" under a 600w hps ( 50,000 to 60,000) lux and its about 20c
Lights on 24/7
More food and better quality soil should get them to perk up again in a few days, keeping the feed low and underwater the plants help to grow heath roots fast in the early stages
Update day 26 in veg
2 days after topping and removing a few selected fan leaves the canopy looks more healthy and bushy (hair cut)
Here some pics
Did you let your mix sit or there’s no need?

I think this is were a lot of growers have problems, about an hour before potting up, you want to completely saturate the root mass and pot up into dry soil ( mix the soil up just before you pot up)
As the steams will be full of water it can heal and take more damage.
The dry soil pull some of the water out of the root mass and you should beable to water again in 2-3 days and your plants will have no shock from potting up, infact the very next day they look more healthy and happy.
