Last night watched the superb HOH podcast featuring interview with Frenchi Canoli and found myself waking up today with an urge to buy in some sour diesel genetics... Can't say it's my favourite smoke when I tried it in Amsterdam once, but also can't say whether what I tried was a good, well grown example of the strain, or even if it was the real thing! I can say I love hash though and it sounds like SD is the way to go, so anyone grown it?
Can recommend a seed company, preferably the original breeder/ seed co. Also keen to hear other suggestions for home made hashishin it... I have a California hash plant (Dna seeds) in veg, awaiting her spot in the show... Typically I grow feminised photoperiod btw

I tried Sour Diesel from Royal Queen Seeds. 2 out of 3 popped, but I was trying some experimenting whilst germinating so I wouldn't put too much meaning onto that. Nice and easy to grow. You can see one of them on my current grow diary.

If you can get it I’d run the version from Humboldt Seed Company. I believe that’s the stuff frenchie was using. Humboldt is shut down right now and some seeds are hard to find.

@monkeydo thanks monkeydo..... Humbolt seed company are not the ones in shit that's humbolt seed organisation... Im running a couple blueberry muffins from Humbolt seed company, their flagship strain, and researched them a lot ... Nat the breeder of hum seed co seems a seriously good breeder and my plants so far testify to that... Very homozygous and consistent growth, smells insanely good and are only in week 3, seems to be flowering fast too.
I've done quite a few seeds from humbolt seed organisation (during last 15-20 yrs) most with good outcomes though I did get my only ever pure male in a pack of their feminised seed and I also had my only hermie from a pack of their blue dream. As a result on the plus side I now have a stash of mixed polyhybrid seed stock from that grow where several different strains all became seeded!
I can't find anywhere with stock of humbolt seed organisation seeds atm, prob cause Interpol have sized all there shit, I'll prob go for humbolt seed company's but I don't want a 10 pack atm (personal seed bank has a germination queue atm due to space/ plant limits without taking the piss 😂) and they don't do smaller packs. Prob worth getting 10 in case another seed company gets seized!

kharma from kharma genetics has done some good crosses and possibly a backcross with the sour diesel - Rez dog was the breeder of Kharma's line, Kharma sorted out the genetics, if i remember correctly
