Questions Air flow help

@coot-juice Hi mate welcome to Percy’s 👋sure you’ll get the more experienced growers commenting, but thought I’d give my two cents.I would definitely say get an oscillating fan for canopy level and below, and two will also be better than one, although I would add a fan for the top of the tent regardless, this one doesn’t need to be oscillating just pointing in the direction of your extraction, I recently put one in my tent due to the hot weather and Is much cooler in there now lol ,and yes unfortunately they do have to be on full time , I found that out on my second grow when I had bring the tent into the bedroom and tried turning them off when I went to bed , the girls didn’t thank me for that , they were really sickly looking plants lol, though that wasn’t my only mistake tbh hope some of that’s useful and will let the experienced growers chime in with anything I’ve left out . @gelert thanks amigo, getting hung up on a few things at the moment, guess I should just crack on and get started! Exciting though, if I don’t get half a pound from my first grow I’m gonna be disappointed 😂

@coot-juice I was the same before the first one I did mate , I was reading and watching videos for months before giving it a go , trying to iron out any mistakes before they happened, then finally started and made mistakes I did even know about 😂it’s a fun hobby though, even when you are making mistakes, if you look on my dairy you’ll see I’m still in the mistake making stage as well lol I’ve killed more living things on this run than most mid level serial killers 😆

Fans are a must. Small spaces means small fans. Fans are cheap in everyway, cheap ass construction and the cheaper ones are cheaper priced. But they all break and won't last very long so be prepared for a broken fan. I like to move the air below the canopy, above the canopy and above the light if possible, but this is difficult in a small space. So beware of all the plastic fans, unfortunately you'll have to work with what you have access to. Sorry I don't have a name brand for you. Good fans have been a hot topic for sometime, so let us know if you find anything good. 

@coot-juice this is how I have my 2x2 set up.  Exhaust fan is pulling air into the tent so that tent walls expand rather than suck in.    Has worked super well so far, grown 3 plants in this setup to date and all have been successful.  Hope it helps.   Fans are just regular clip fans, just make sure you get ones that have a true power chord, not USB.

@hart yea that’s what I was looking at as I have the ac infinity controller so it’ll slot right in, seem expensive in the uk, and also sold out, though!
