@wrh if using light soils you will need more than seaweed feed.. an organic or synthetic range of npk still needed (like grow and bloom biobizz or other) unless youre going full natural farming techniques?

what i would recommend if switch to soil is go larger pots for sure..as big as you feel comfortable with...  otherwise you are basically doing the same as coco but with an inferior substrate for salt based feeding imo.. small pots, soil and salts requires accurate feeding.. soil doesnt flush so easy as coco

the best for quality imo is preloaded organic supersoils, using homemade compost / vermicompost

a good job either style can produce exceptional results using bottled feeds (salts) or super soils.

after coco it may take a couple runs before you are happy with things adjusting to soil so dont be put off straight away

good luck whichever way you choose Smile

it really depends on your budget for what nutes to get in what sizes etc.  your best bet would be to decide on the soil, then start a diary to get step by step advice. then decide upon what you need or can afford etc.  then you can get advice from various people depending on what your doing. no need to buy everything in one go. unless you have larger discount codes from one store.   i am quiet new to soil myself. and am enjoying the ride.

@wrh you can't get any more less work the  super soil? You only need to water it no nutes required where biobizz your have feed it first few weeks

Here is my honest opinion on this....... Stay in coco lmao

I have not noticed much difference in the quality of my weed since going organic. Thats in sohum, in eco thrive soil, and in re amended soil too.

What I have noticed is, its harder to keep plants properly feed. As you pretty much has to wait for a deficiency to show, then figure out what it is, and treat accordingly.

It is also much less hand on than coco, and that something i miss the most. I spend about ten mins every 2 days with my plants........its fucking lame. I would spend double that every day when I was growing i coco.

I find it is much easier to keep the plants healthy and happy in coco. I find it is more fun to grow in coco.

My next grow will be in coco..... ill come back to soil when it is legal and I can grow them outside, but I think, indoors, coco is the way to go, especially if you already grow in coco lol.

I find people who start in sol, love soil, peole who start in hydro love hydro. Play around, experiment, and try different mediums. But do it on a spare grow, in a spare tnet, don't do it with your main grow Smile

In this case then, super soil woud be a good way for you to go mate, you barely have to do anything

Water them every couple of days.......be done in about 12 weeks lol Easy as fuck..... until deficiencies begin lol  But that doesn't happen until late into the grow
