Hello, sorry for my english, i have big plants in small pots becouse dont have time before to transplant, i worry about that, down leaves go to yellow, and i dont know i i transplant them if they growing well becouse they are now stuck for 2-3 weeks dont growing more, my friend say after this stuck and stress they wil be not healty And growing slowly, What you thing ? The lower leaves going yellow is a nitrogen deficiency probably caused by the small rootball not getting enough nutrients to keep the whole plant fed properly. The plant will sacrifice the lower leaves first in a nitrogen deficiency. Your best move would be to put them into larger containers, 11 to 20 liters at least, with some fresh soil and they will really appreciate it. If you keep them in the existing pot then try a top dress of worm castings on the soil. Not the best approach, repotting is better, but better than nothing.
