Grow Diaries 12/12 Grow Challenge

We have lift off. I put the seed straight in the coco with mycorrhiza and it took 5 days.

I’m calling this day 10. Been really struggling this week trying to keep the temps under 30degrees

 Day 16. So I noticed this week my light was on 100% so I dialled it back to 75% reading 2000 lux on the meter I have. Will look at starting a scrog this week as I’m short on space.

So I topped mid way through the week and had some really hot days. Couple of times I came home from work and temps in her little room was 33 degrees. Seems ok maybe a little stunted.

So I made up a trellis and started to spread her out. Things seem to be going good. Adding mix nutrients 1/2 strength with every feed every other day. Looks like she is starting to flip. Let the fun begin !

So I’m mid week 1 of flower. I’ve never done a scrog before. I’ve been weaving her ever day should I stop doing that now ?

Week one stretch. I stopped weaving her yesterday. I have hopefully done enough to keep her under the light. Almost feeding every day now. That’s all for now.

End of second week of flower. Im hoping stretch has finished cause I really don’t have much room. After utilising this space for the comp I decided I’m going to use this space as veg/dry so I found a little vivosun 75x45x90cm for $60 bargain. Was away for a couple of days this week and she missed watering. She didn’t seem to mind but I’ll be keeping an eye 👁️ on things.

So week 3 or their abouts starting to put some weight on. Bought a cheap ec/ppm and ph meter so I’ve been measuring inputs and outputs for the first time. Interesting to say the least. Don’t know want it all means. Input was 1.2 the last time they had a feed. This was without the 5 ml of seaweed additive I have been adding. This is what the plant has had from the start. Run off well……… 3.9 . From what I read around Percy’s my plant should be dead. Any help on what this means. I have flushed with rain water for the past three days ec dropped to 2.7 run off but back to 3.9 today. The Ph runoff is 6.7.

So after last week I flushed with water for two days. Things went pear shaped. I’ve resorted back to what I was originally feeding and things seem to be mellowing instead of yellowing.

I bought one of those cheap meters from Amazon last year and it's terrible. Don't know what you have but honestly if you're going to use one I think you need to spend a bit more on them.

So we moved into the flower tent. I can control my temps a lot better in here. And there was no need to be running the extra light and fan. Compared to the other girls she is a micro grow. I think she has just been a bit mistreated with me not measuring my inputs and some really hot days. Hopefully we will make it to the end.

Week 6 of flower. Watering was a bit off this week with work and lights out and I’m putting that down to the yellowing. All but one cola have stood tall, but the one that didn’t is probably the fattest. Also my top circulation fan stopped working so no fan for 4 days until new one plus another spare showed up.

Well what a fun week. Have had mites in the flower tent. Have sprayed the plants and seems to have cleared up but I’ve cleaned out the tent to start again. I’ve got some amber trics but she can do with another week. This will happen over the next week but outside. So these pics are for  my entry in the 12/12 challenge.
