Right so week 8 update and we have pom poms. She is really filling out the 2x2 tent out quite nicely and so far a reasonably even canopy using just the plant bends.
She has had another water of some of the finest rain water with some worm tea from the stockings left over night with a air stone. I also top dressed on the last feed before this with echotrives bloom dry amendments it's essential worm shit and seaweed.

@yalc420 I will admit I did snap a branch while a bit baked and didn't notice till the next day and there was no savings it unfortunately that's why you can see a little bit of soiled still on one side. She recovered fine just a bit annoyed as her shape would of been even better
@lobbylobster you ever think about adding under lighting I know it’s controversial but it’s made a huge difference in my under buds and you can start your next auto under your current one shaving two to three weeks off your next harvest
@yalc420 yep I have seen smee running some before and considering it. I will be lollypoping. I need to upgrade my current light so maybe I could bodge the current light to use under canopy
@lobbylobster you don’t need anything special I just have some veg lights off Amazon around $30 they came as a two pack and fit the 2x2 perfect I’ve used them to start autos. To much light you’ll roast your seedling enough light for seedlings will stimulate the underside of the plant I’ve 100% noticed denser flowers from top to bottom I do still lollipop maybe a 1/3 of the plant.
Week 9/10 with the stretch over and well and truly into flower I have done some defoliation and removed a couple of lower branches that will only grow into bee buds to open her up had to take a fair bit off to open up the middle of the plant to mate sure they get their fair share of light... Noticing some purpling in the top leaves that could be down to the cooler temps as my I got really baked and forgot to turn the timer on on the oil heater in my lung room. We also have some yellowing now but it's not to bad I haven't had a grow yet were I don't see this so not to worried at all. She had a feed and a top dress of some worm casting and some seaweed so we will see in a week how she is looking.

Hi all quick update. And something slightly weird going on she has started purpleing up. We have had some chilli weather but tent temps have been pretty stable and around 23c dropping to about 18 at night. The genetics definitely have some purples in them but this is just odd combined with some yellowing. It's my first time running the living soil so I haven't been giving any bottled nutrients bar a small amount of echotrive seaweed.
I'm not majorly concerned as she is still growing well and frosting up daily. Just weird I have top dressed as well with the echothrive bloom top dress and my own teas. Anyone had this could it be some temp swings as my other half turned the heating off for one day and it did drop for that day to 15c.
@lobbylobster that is strange maybe a combination of cold and genetics maybe a little deficiency in P or K but she does look happy other than that
@yalc420 thanks mate. Like I said I'm not too worried it's just strange so early in flower usually il see the colours of a strain come out in late flower this one seems keen to change already 😂 as long as those bud sites keep swelling and frosting up were all good.
@lobbylobster as you point out mate, quite possibly due to that temp drop. Had unexpected purpling myself before. Doesn't seem to worry them.
@toploader it looks quite cool to be honest. I think it's the temps. And it's upper not lower leaves near bud sites just thought I'd snap a few as it's interesting
