I just soak The paper towel befor I put them in their germination pod. Snap the cover closed and make sure it is floating in 80°F water. 24-36 hrs later they have been popping.

Once I put them in soil, I put enough water in the propagation tray So the dirt almost wicks up the water in a way.

They are both playing peekaboo so I moved them into the tent!!! I dumped out the water in the Trey and put the dome back on. Light is twenty four inches above top of dome. This light does not have a dimmer.

Fist Bump

I think I killed them both, Checked on on this morning and I didn't clip the humidity dome down all the way. The one that was above the soil is now struggle and the one that was right at the surface hasn't moved really since I took the pic. Kind of pisses a guy right the fuck off.    Soil is still plenty wet, Is it too wet? To much light? Thanks all

Fist Bump Thumbs Up

@aadam6om6 some seedlings just take a little longer. give them 2 more days or so. the soil shouldn't be drenched but moist so if you squeeze it only a 1 or 2 droplets come out. Patience is key. Thats my biggest nemesis as well

I work close to home. I ran home on lunch and squeezed a bunch of water out of both of them. Popped them out of the tray and filled the bottom half of each soil pod with dry soil. The one that popped up above the soil, The stem is still pretty green. I'll snap a few pictures when I get home.🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞

This one will be chalked up as a learning experience.

1. Reused soil from my first grow when transplanting the germinated seed........that was probably way to hot for the seeds in the first place.

2. Packed the soil in around the seeds after I transplanted it. Didn't leave it loose and airy so the taproot could do it sting with little resistance.

3.  Did not Snap the humidity dome on to the propagation tray one evening and it's sat all night like that and dried out.

4.  Soil was way over saturated with water. Instead of watering around the soil where the tap root was I water directly on top of the seeds as well. Either way it was way too wet in the first place.

5.  May have also planted a little deep, Especially when I planted them into a swamp.

This here is a failed grow but I have learned a lot. Now....... FUCK IT!! TIME TO START MY FIRST PHOTO GROW!!!!!  👊💨💨💨💨👊

   DIARY COMPLETED.

Thumbs Up

Unlucky mate, I use a 5mm syringe to feed my small plants and seedlings untill I get them in bigger pots. It makes it a lot easier to control how much water/feed you give them stops the soil getting too wet.

You'll get there yet though man, better luck with your next one 🙂
