Alright.. here we go again!
This time we have a Cinderella 99 bag seed from a dispo. I've grown this plant out a couple times now. She is a real stacker and she gets big! She has a mild lemony hint to her and has a good smooth smoke, so need to keep this one around. She also grows like a fricken weed and will easily triple in size in flower.
I've already made some seeds of crossing her to my Lemon Sky #1 and popped a couple of those to test, but need to get some fem seeds from this plant!
I threw in the plant to reverse about 7 days ago and it has been sprayed 3 times now so should start seeing some changes soon. I wanted to wait to put the other plant into the tent till now, but had to move it into the tent 2 days ago, due to me completely nuking my veg tent! Fuckin bugs!
I'm hoping I'll get quite a few seeds from this one. The plants are a bit bigger than I like in the 2x2 tent, just because this plant seems to stretch like crazy if you aren't on top of her. Check that, I think she does what she wants regardless.. 😎
The plants I chose to use, I kept the reversal plant a bit smaller than the seed plant, as I want to get as many buds seeded as possible. I also put these plants into an auto water situation, to mitigate the issue of drying out.

Spayed 3 times. Do you use STS or colloidal silver?
you also mention drying out. Is that specific to the seeds, the pollen or just general plant health?
i selfed some blue dream autos a while back, most seeds were super small but not a terrible germination rate, think that’s because I have a tendency to let stuff get dry.
@snoo420 so my last runs I ended up spraying the reversal plant 6-7 times and I made an STS spray 😀 It worked really well I think and you don't have to spray as much as using colloidal silver.
as for the drying out part, I had some mishaps with lighting and the pots drying out when I was running my reg seeds of the Lemon Sky #1 F2's and the C99 x Lemon Sky #1. Those seeds came out small and a lot of immature non formed ones. Was my fault on the lights as I was cleaning and doing some things in the tent and forgot to switch it back to schedule from just on 😐 and for the drying out, they were in 3L pots and the plants got a bit too big and were just sucking down the water, so there were a couple days that they got pretty dry and wilty. won't be making these mistakes again. 😎
My reversed/fem seeds all look pretty good, nice and fat and dark for most of them, but honestly I have some really light seeds and they all germinated really well.

Here we are 15 days in. I’ve been spraying this plant every other day. She is definitely taking longer than the other plants to start showing the reverse. I do believe it is moving along but just a bit slow.

Alright 24 days in and we are making progress!
The reversal plant definitely is throwing sacks now, but still a bit slow in my opinion. Also, it seems to just be putting energy into making sacks, not really stretching or growing, just building bud sites.
I think when/if I run this again, I probably will, I will put the reversal plant in and wait like 3 weeks before I put the female in as she is flourishing and growing like mad. If she don't stop stretching, I'm going to have to move these to the 2 x 4 tent.
This C99 wants to just grow and stretch, every time I've grown it, it goes like 3 times or more the size from when I flip it.
