So, October is nearly here, and sometimes, I like to participate in the Sober October thing. This year, I am going to do it, but with a twist! I will not consume Weed, Alcohol, sugar, nor caffeine through the whole month of October. This is more of a challenge to myself than anything else. A test in will power.
I am putting this thread up here ot see if any of you guys would like to join me in this endeavour? You dont have to stop all four like me. But maybe just one or tow things? Something that would be a challenge? It is always good to test yourself in these ways, see if you have the will power and control to stop using something you enjoy that is so easily available to you. It is a good detox, and it can help you appreciate the things you enjoy when you come back round to November 😉

i will keep my coffee tho
I don't use caffeine and i don't like sugar and sweets, so for those two its sober October all year around for me. I do drink alcohol, but only on weekends, and i mostly enjoy the social aspect of the process. But without weed, i will not be able to enjoy a good night's sleep for the first couple of weeks.
It's those night visions that bother me the most, i think normal folk call them "dreams". When i am using they are just absent, but as soon as i quit, they return with a vengeance

No pressure form anyone here, we will do this for fun, if it gets too much for any of you, dont feel bad for falling off 😉 But try as hard as you can to do this as a commitment to yourself. Its good to test your mental strength sometimes : )

This last few days iv been waiting till after 10am before having a balloon instead of at 5:30am and Im getting far more stoned after having just a 5 hour tolerance break. lol
